He held Senior Government Housing Development and Management positions with:

• Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation – Federal
• Yukon Housing Corporation -Territorial
• Ontario Ministry of Housing -Provincial
• Capital Region District -Regional
• Directed the development of residential, commercial and office projects in excess of $1.5 billion, involving over 150 projects.

1. Directed the development/construction of over 5000 housing units.
2. Directed the property management activities of four housing authorities and 50 non-profit housing corporations having a portfolio in excess of 6,000 units.
3. On the Board of Directors and Executive, Canadian since Housing and Renewal Association. Represented country of Canada at international housing
   conferences.
4. Co-managed, successful private condominium development and management firms in Ontario and Yukon and British Columbia, Canada
